Price

EMMA is available now for a setup and ongoing monthly price. There is no cost for medical secretaries or other administration or support staff.

Support includes as much telephone support as you need. Please contact us for your requirements. 

Upgrades

Ongoing upgrades to EMMA are free to ensure you are always using the latest version. We tend to push out major upgrades a few times every year.

Training

Training is available from Blue Medical for new practitioners or secretaires at an agreed rate. Users can usually be trained in under half a day (2 sessions of 1.5 hrs each) and these are best done in groups of 2. Consultants and other practitioners will need less training as they only see a utilise a small part of EMMA - Consultants will not need training on elements such as Diary Management or Billing.

Customisations

You may find that you would like a part of EMMA customising or a custom report building. Any customisations are available on request and can be quoted separately.

Hosting

If you run more multiple large scale clinics, we recommend dedicated hosting in a datacentre. This provides a central point for your clinics to connect to and ensures that your data is protected behind fingerprint scanners and dedicated firewalls. We can provide managed hosting fees at competitive rates which ensure that you don't ever need to worry about your database or server. This solution is ideal for companies without dedicated IT staff and allows us to take care of your database for you.

Backups

If you choose our dedicated Hosting service, your system will be automatically backed up to a 'Hot spare' server which means that in the unlikely event of a failure, then the spare will automatically kick in. For those who have their own server, we can provide a nightly backup system that sends your entire database to our backup systems as an encrypted file and ensures that it is stored safely.
